It's easy to become a member of Penthouse.com! All you need is an e-mail account which can receive your private
login information, and a credit card for the membership fee. Your username and password will be in the e-mail, as well as
the type and duration of membership you have selected (e.g. 1 or 12 months). If you do not receive the e-mail
confirming your membership, you have either not successfully signed up or you have provided us with the wrong e-mail address
and payment information.
It won't accept my e-mail address!
It is important to make sure you entered your e-mail address properly. If we don't have your real e-mail address, we won't
be able to contact you to confirm your membership, or notify you of changes & updates. The e-mail field of the sign-up form
will tell you if you have entered an invalid e-mail address. it must be something@something.something -
example (smith@mailcompany.com). If it still won't allow you to enter your e-mail address, and you are sure it is in a valid
format, try getting a free e-mail account from Yahoo.
I lost my password. Where can I retrieve it?
If you lost your login information, you may use the
password retrieval form.
You will be asked to enter the email address you used when you joined, or the credit card you used to sign up, and your user
information will be sent to you via email.
There may be different reasons why you are unable to access the members section. It could be for one of the following reasons:
- You may have mistyped your login information. Make sure you used lowercases.
- If you do not have a membership for this site. you can join now by filling the join form.
- You forgot your password. You can get retrieve it by clicking HERE.
- You are trying to access this site illegally.
How can I get a username and password?
You choose your own username and password when you sign up. (The site will tell you if it meets the requirement to be unique.)
Your password will be e-mailed to you after you have successfully signed up. (Keep the e-mail for future reference in case you
forget your username and/or password.)
How do I remove saved passwords in Internet Explorer?
If you change your password and want to automate your access to Penthouse.com when using Internet Explorer, follow
these steps:
- In Internet Explorer, go up to the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
- Click the Content tab at the top.
- Click the "Autocomplete..." button.
- Remove checkmark beside "User names and passwords".
You can also clear any passwords that may be saved by clicking the "Clear Passwords" button.
